Wine tourism with mountain bike
(for groups from 6 to 10 persons over 21 years old)

1day: Meeting the tourists at airport or at the station
Accomodation at a hotel *** in Plovdiv city, sightseeing the old part of the town, dinner and a bed – night.
2 day: Breakfast, riding bikes to the Bachkovo monastery ( 35 km asphalt, altitude change - 200 m.)
Lunch and sightseeing the biosphere reserve” The red wall”
Visiting the wine-cellar Assenovgrad and tasting wine.
Dinner and spending the night at a hotel*** in Assenovgrad
4 day: Breakfast and  bike passage ( 20 km., asphalt, altitude change - 100m.) to the middle-aged fortress and to a lake ( a possibility for fishing). A tavern and a swimming pool are situated in the near forest.
Lunch and visiting (15 km asphalt) of the wine-cellar “Pyrvenec”
Dinner and spending the night at a hotel*** in Plovdiv
5 day: Breakfast and a climbing walk and down-slope mountain walk ( 15 km passage dirt road, altitude change - 500m) to a hut in The Rhodopes mountain.
Lunch- picnic close to nature and visiting the old wine-cellar “Vila Vinifera” in the village “Brestovica”
Dinner and spending the night at a hotel*** in Plovdiv
6 day: Breakfast and sun-bathing at a swimming-pool outside the city (15 km asphalt) or water-skiing in a lake (15 km dirt road) situated near the Mariza river.
Lunch and visiting the wine-cellar “Perushtica” (10 km asphalt).
Lunch in an authentic Bulgarian tavern and spending the night at a hotel*** in Plovdiv city.
7day: Breakfast and departure for the airport.

The programme package includes tasting different types of wine, mountain bikes rent, helmets and rucksacks, a guide and a translator, accommodation, food, transport and other expenses, including the sojourn of the tourists).

The bike passages are comparatively easy and suitable for not prepared bike-riders.
