All persons conforming to the terms written below can participate
in the race, as they will be in the following age groups:
teenagers (girls and boys to 18 years old, these who are under 16 participate only in team with an attendant),
men and women (18 to 40 years old),
veterans (over 40 years old)

1. All participants must be in the base one day before the start, 8 p.m. at the latest, to be accommodated according to their arrival and  to receive instructions, racing numbers, route map,passport, and to sign declaration according to the participation rules.
2. The organizer and the controling committee are making obligatory mountain insurance and technical exam of the bicycle and check for helmets and gloves.
3. The application found on the web site must be filled in and sent until 12 p.m.  at the latest on the seventh day before the start.
4. The participation is confirmed with paying in the tax until 12 p.m. on the fifth day before the start.
5. In the night before start the following things are required:
- medical certificate for good health condition, issued  not more than 3 days before the start
- document for the tax payed in (issued by the bank).
- bill for the mountain insurance (made by the organizer and included in the tax, eventhough if the person has already such bill).
- Filled in and signed personally declaration that all the requirements are met and the participant agrees with the rules.
- document from the controling committee for technically good bicycle (obligatory mountain bike nevermind the mark, strong enough for such terrain), bike helmet and gloves.
6. Teams are formed by 2 participants exactly. Companies, clubs and organized racers can participate with more than one team.
7. Person under the age of 16 is allowed to participate in a team only with a person above the age of 18 and after presenting a written approval (for the concrete race) from the parents by the team leader.
8. Persons who do not conform with the terms and who do not agree with the rules of the organizer, are not allowed to participate.
9. Official deadline for applications - 12 p.m. on the 29^th of June 2006
10. Deadline for paying in and entering - 12 p.m. on the 1^st of July 2006.
11.After the deadline persons willing to participate in the race must pay a tax and a half.

 
Note! If signing out after application sent and tax payed in, the tax will not be returned back.

I declare, that I know and agree with the terms and the rules for participating at the mountain bike race (Bike rally "Parallel Universe "which will be held on 07, 08, 09. 07. 2006 and is organized by Parallel Universe.

I am instructed for the route dangers and I pledge not to expose to danger me or any of the other racers. I bear responsibility for each kind of accidents during the race.

If it becomes impossible for me to continue racing or in case I don't get opportunely certifications from the referees, it is obligatory that I go back to the base and I inform the referee committee or the organizer for my dropping out from the race. In case of non - observance of the rules and terms for participation and the recommendations, given by the organizer and the referee committee, I bear alone the responsibility for any consequences.

I have been made a mountain insurance by the organizer, I've shown the health certificate for good state of health (which is necessary for this period), issued by the competent authority and a declaration for my parents' agreement for my participation at the race (only for racers under the age of 18)

I have produced all the documents, required by the organizer and I bear alone the responsibility in case of a break down of my bike and the proceeded of that break-down damages, as well as accidents because of not using personal protective equipment during the race.
