| RECCOMENDATIONS |
- During race wear sun or protective glasses.
- During race stage, while cycling or resting do not light cigarettes.
- Keep the environment. Do not throw down your garbage.
- Watch, observe and do not underestimate the warning signs. They are placed by the organizing team for your safety.
- Keep a safe distance on the road.
- Compete mainly with yourself. It is important to finish and your individual time to be your best.
- If necessary help other racers - this is permitted by the organizer. There is nothing in the world so urgent. Even the best ones can be in trouble.
- Teams - do not break apart. However, both of you must finish in order to participate
also in the team ranking and awarding. Be a team to the end.
- Please respect all racers and do not make troubles to each other.
- Please respect all the other racers and do not stand each other` s way.
- It is desirable to bring with you a small, comfortable and light rucksack and to put things for emergency cases in it:
- at least two spare tube
- several stickers for the tubes
- a pump
- a set of keys for repairs
- personal first aid set ( can be bought from the drug-stores, pharmacies )
- personal reserve clothes ( suitable jacket for wind and rain and warm clothes
- it is a mountain and it is a little bit cold in the evenings )
- approximately 1 L drinking water ( there are fountains on the road )
- a needle, thread and toilet paper are always needed

Once, during a bicycle long distance competition there was a furious
battle for the first place. Two leaders broke away from the group and
had a big start of it. One of them saw a little boy fallen from his bike as he had immitated the older men. He began thinking and stopped. He helped him to raise and saw him off hoping he would become a racer one day too. After that he continued with his bike on the road. Surprisingly he saw his competitor waiting for him on the road. Then he smiled and said:
- So, my friend, shall we go on !?
